Make sure you’re logged in using the right account. Maybe you signed up with your email address but you’re now logging in using LinkedIn or another logging method. If in doubt, go to Account in the top right corner. Under your email address you’ll see your current plan. If this is not Professional or Premium Plan you’re probably logged in with the wrong account.
