You can find Entity Searches at the top right under "My Entity Searches". These are previously created searches with companies and/or individuals that meet the filters you selected in the Advanced Search tool.
This list includes companies or individuals that currently match the previously set filters. If a person or company no longer meets your criteria, they will be removed, and when a company meets the parameters due to, for example, new publications, it will be added. Your entity searches are therefore dynamic lists.
Notifications for Your Entity Searches
When you create an entity search via the Advanced Search tool, you will automatically receive notifications about the individuals and companies in this list. You will be notified when new companies or individuals match your parameters and again when they no longer do.
If you prefer not to receive notifications, you can easily toggle them on and off using the button.
Notifications about your entity search are sent via email and can be quickly accessed under "notifications" when logged in.
The triggers for alerts related to the followed individuals and companies include changes in the CBE, filed annual accounts, and publications in the Official Gazette. If you only want targeted notifications from one of these sources, you can specify your preference in the settings.
Notifications are set by default to a daily frequency, but you can adjust this to receive a weekly or monthly overview of all alerts from your entity search.
